After an unforgettable time at Chapman University and
four years as a freelance cinematographer, I took a sabbatical to sail the Seven Seas, get into some shit, meet some weird people, and to see our wondrous world.
I have had varied and successful careers in the U.S. Navy, as a freelance filmmaker, and as a construction manager. My positions have ranged from chipping rust to executing multi-million dollar operations.
I love filmmaking. Really, I love working with people who are passionate. Like two swords sharpening each other, creative collaboration is indescribably fulfilling. I'm open to anything. I personally think I can bring something to any production, big or small.
Let's do something cool.
In my free time, I travel a lot. I try to go as high as possible and as deep as possible. SCUBA diving, climbing/mountaineering, hunting, fishing, sailing, photography, and winter sports. Over the years, I’ve grown to love construction, renovating, building projects, vehicle maintenance, and working outdoors. Additionally, I have organized and captained several amateur sports teams in California and Oklahoma and am also a 3rd-degree black belt in TaeKwon-Do.
I also have a dog. He's a rescue, nobody knows what breed he is. He's cross-eyed and never barks. He's gluten-free, apparently, and sometimes he chases his own tail for up to 12 minutes.
